Our Services
We offer everything you need to extend and alter your existing home or to build your new one. From the initial design to the appointment of pre-approved tradesmen and everything else in between. We support you every step of the way.

We prefer to operate on a face to face basis not remotely. This helps us to understand your requirements better and having seen your home can offer suggestions which result in a better more cohesive design and more cost efficient design.

Whilst most people ask us to do their design work, you can actually pick and choose any of our services to suit your skills or your project. For example you can manage the works on site yourself or you can opt to appoint us to assist you...the choice is entirely yours.
We will complete the design work to your home, and we will apply for planning and building control approval on your behalf.
We will tender your works to builders approved by us, we will manage the cost and quality to ensure that works are completed to your satisfaction
We will ensure that all the works are completed to the required standard. All snagging will be done and all certificates provided
