About Us
Project Home leads the field in providing high quality Design and Project Management services focused on the domestic market. We provide homeowners with a 'one stop shop' for the extension and alteration of their existing home or helping them to create a new one.
Project Home was started by Phil Speak who after working in the industry for over thirty years realised that many homeowners struggled to find an architect who could fit their project into their schedule and also in finding a builder they could trust

Phil is a Construction Technologist with a degree in Construction Project Management and a Masters Degree in Construction Law. He has worked on the design and construction of projects ranging from just a few pounds to tens of millions both in the UK and Internationally. His experience is unrivaled and through Project Home he aims to use that experience to help you
We provide clear price lists so you can decide which of our services you need and which you don't. We also provide our 'Build It' guide which describes each step of the process you will go through and we give the option of a number of warranties and can even help with your finance if you need us to...
